You must follow the editorial guidelines perfectly or you will not get your article approved. I have learned this through trial and error. Although many article directories allow html in the article, Ezinearticles does not. Not only that, but Ezinearticles will not allow affiliate links either. Your must have a squeeze page, or own the website that you are promoting.
